  Just came back to them they canceled my policy 2 weeks after I paid them because they didn't have proof I had insurance prior and said they sent a letter in mail stating that instead of sending me an email or calling me to provide proof

  It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.
