Just came back to them they canceled my policy 2 weeks after I paid them because they didn't have proof I had insurance prior and said they sent a letter in mail stating that instead of sending me an email or calling me to provide proof

NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE OFFICE WHERE JUSTIN MACGIBBON WORKS BUT I WISH YOU THE BEST IF HE IS EVER YOUR AGENT doesn't care about you at allllllll... like at all. You're just another number to him. First, I made a claim of me getting hit and then got one email from him and nothing ever again and because I didn't respond right away, they're deeming it my fault. I said to him it's baffling that he isn't working harder to fight for my rights and he said "it's baffling you cant respond to my email" uhhhhhh okay it takes someone time to repair their car? You did me wrong, not the other way around so don't treat your customers this way. Justin sent me an email for places to get my car looked at and it would cost $500 deductible for an immediate fix, and he also said I can wait for the other guy to admit fault if I so choose. sorry I don't have buckets of money to shell that out right now like Justin may. Also, I wanted to wait because I had faith that they would do the right thing and find the person THAT HIT ME at fault. only 2 weeks have passed since the email. I needed time, like any normal person would to find a good place and time that worked for me. AND THEN, he just decided to make this my fault and told me it was always going to be my fault when he clearly said on our first and only conversation before today "SOUNDS LIKE IT WAS THE OTHER GUYS FAULT" He is a waste of time and he will waste your time. it is completely within your right as the insured to get frustrated when your insurance SUCKS but it is never okay for them to get mad at you and yell at you on the phone just because you are trying to defend your case. I didn't know I would ever have to defend myself against my own insurance. I'm disappointed in the severe lack of care and effort from this company.

Literally just got off the phone with I'm assuming was the receptionist, I was paying for the membership amount and finished, once I got the confirmation number, I was trying to ask about when the auto insurance expires and she rushed me off the phone saying "OK THANKS BYE", acting like she didn't hear twice!!!. Guess I will start searching for quotes....
