  I recently had a billing miscommunication after adding my teenage son to my policy, which understandably caused some frustration. When I called to address it, a second agent helped clarify things, and I asked to speak with the manager simply to bring the original miscommunication to his attention — not to complain, but so the agent could be better informed going forward. What happened next genuinely surprised me. The manager was incredibly receptive and gracious about the feedback. Shortly after, I received a thank-you card in the mail for the conversation. Then, a few weeks later on my birthday, he personally called to wish me well — and I found a birthday card with a gift card waiting in my mailbox. I wasn't able to answer his call or return it, and I didn't want that gesture to go unacknowledged. This level of personal care and attention is rare, especially in the insurance industry. It's clear this team values their customers as people, not just policy numbers. I'm grateful and truly impressed.

  Lars was always my go to when it comes to insurance I actually recommended them to 20-30 of my clients for the best rates but I lost my job couldn’t afford it at the time and my policy got canceled they reinstated it which I was grateful for then I was 9 days late and refused to give me coverage I understand it’s a business and I’m responsible for being late , but word choice is key “hey we can maybe try again in a couple months to reinstate you” would have been nice or maybe even “we can get you back onboard once you have x amount to start back” again always called first to you guys to give you my business pff I missed payments but with the year I did have you $2400 for I paid of my hard earned money 😂 I’ll be giving my money elsewhere and never recommending you guys again Mr “we are declining to give you coverage seek it elsewhere” I’ll gladly give my business to someone that isn’t just seeking a dollar sign but instead a valued customer and when you start noticing the people it recommended to you switching to other companies don’t sit and wonder why. Also my brother recently got rear ended and these guys gave him a $900 check please save yourself and do not work with this branch. Deceptive sales practices out the wazoo trying to put people on your policy that you don’t know bundling in life insurance without your knowledge the list goes on. Update blessing in disguise thank you Lars Nelson Geico saving me more than $200 a month very grateful that guy treated me rude on phone he was indeed actually saving me !
