  My recommendation is to not use this company for car insurance. The supervisor Maria at this location (Conroe) does not care about maintaining or keeping customers happy. I contacted her team in less than 2 hours to inform of cancellation of policy and they did not complete it resulting in a loss for me of $210 without needing the services. If I could I would not give one star. An internal error caused me money. UPDATE: I received the below response and it referred me to the customer care team to provide me a quote. I explained i have a complaint and was told the number is for new customer quotes. This is really bad service. Do not purchase insurance from this company!
