  I haven’t even moved to the area yet and I already feel at home! I had the best experience with Clint and Ashton today. What a team! Together, they were so speedy and able to get my quotes for my new home and auto and gave me the best deals! They saved me so much money! Clint provided AMAZING customer service over the phone while Ashton kicked off emails and E signs for me to complete! Both treated me with curtesy and professionalism with a small town feel! I can’t wait to meet you all in person when I get to Texas! I promise treats!!

  However much Ashton is making, give that girl a raise! Seriously though, she was so helpful and in the end couldn’t help us but was so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Doing that type of business is going to get them far. Will be personally recommending her to any friends in the area.

  My experience with this Allstate agency was wonderful, feels like a local friendly biz with the backing of big company Allstate.We were going through the process of buying a home and worked with Clint in getting our quote. He was extremely helpful and answered questions I didn’t even know to ask, AND had the best rate and value by far of all 4 quotes that I requested. They also were able to offer significant savings for us on our auto policies as well. I would not hesitate to refer Clint and this Allstate office to anyone looking for support in their insurance needs!

  Provided insurance on a vehicle for 2 years. After changing the policy and moving, I was informed that they could no longer provide full coverage. That they shouldn’t have in the first place… After arguing with them about the vehicle and all the months paid for premium full coverage. I was reimbursed NOTHING!!! They were informed and had ALL the vehicles information, since the vehicle was purchased. It’s a “branded” title, yes, that is still a BLUE title! NOT a salvage or rebuilt! Ripped off for all those months… My vehicle was sideswiped before all this drama and I had to do all the leg work, they did next to NOTHING! My previous insurance was great in any issues with any incident and they made the process easy. Not this insurance / agent!!! Update: In response to the agencies reply. My policy was opened at your office! I sat with one of your reps, got the challenger, other vehicles and my previous home insured. First in office and then over the phone. Every time your office doesn’t answer and it forwards me to Allstate. There’s an issue also. Had to correct issues every time.

  Ashton is wonderful. She answered questions and helped set up my policy with Debra. They are very knowledgeable and kind. When the tree attacked my truck 🚚 Ashton helped me facilitate my claim. They are a great team..
