- TSTim SmithSep 18, 20265.0I’ve had SF for decades and I’ve never once had an issue or hung up the phone with them and felt like I wasn’t completely happy with the interactions or actions. Today was no different. I called, James L answered and put my mind at ease over something extremely benign. I had a question on adding another policy and in 10 minutes I was good to go for way less than I thought. Every time I call a SF office I feel like my experience can’t get any better than the last, and I’m constantly proven wrong. Well done State Farm, well done James!
