  I have used them several years but I just canceled my policy because my bill increased without warning and without me just renewing even… it went from $248 a month to $287. I have never had a ticket, an accident, and I didn’t add a new vehicle to my account or a new driver. No one told me either. I was mad. I called First Founders and the woman was so amazing and on my side and also flabbergasted by what was going on. She said to call and cancel farm bureau and they will refund me some of my payment for this month. I will now only be paying $140 a month bc they find u the best insurance company/price which for us was progressive. Call first founder ppl and save ur money!

  I really wished I hadn't switched to this office. They rarely get back to me in a timely manner but most of the time they just drop the ball and never respond. We have 3 houses insured with these people and I'm lucky if they return a phone call within a weak or two.
