  We were quoted a price paid monthly and then at renewal, our rates went up $200/month. Bryan (calls himself bowtie) can't tell us why but it seems he altered our policy without consent. Nor can he explain why our payments are different amounts each month. Why??? Worst part is he refuses to admit any misdoings and take any accountability. We sat with him for an hour, trusted him and then this...zero logical answers. Only excuses and that he's "too busy with other customers".

  I have never dealt with an insurance agent as nice as Cheryl. I am so excited to say I have found an insurance company that actually cares about it's customers.
