  I found this Insurance by a random Google search. Started off great last year May 2024 with a $81.75/month liability insurance for my 2013 vehicle, then 6 months later raised to $101.75. Okay cool, a little understandable because of inflation. Then when I purchased a new car on April 2nd 2025, asked to swap the previous vehicle to add this one I was told by the agent's assistant Darla that there will be a bill of $351 on my next due date the 15th. She stated because "TX Farm Bureau has to payout claims, even though I may not have had an accident." Then I asked what my new premium would be, she sent me a quote but couldn't really find the new monthly premium, she said "it could be $285 for full coverage". I'm not rolling in dough to pay $636 within 1 month of just adding a new car, then $45 for the Membership at end of May. Mind you I've already paid $101.75 on the 15th of March and that hasn't even fulfilled it's month yet. The reps and assistants I spoke with all gave me different info and no one could tell me my new monthly premium not even the Underwriter who wrote the quote. They don't really seem to appreciate their customers or value their client's business, not knowing that we are the ones that keep them in business. So I had to cancel, and go back to my previous insurer. At least the customer service reps at larger companies are always readily available and responsive and can give me a clear breakdown of my payments.

  Millions of Americans enjoyed my business with Texas Farm Bureau. People were very pleasant and very relaxed no pressure in fact I decided to do business with them I think that speaks well for them

  Mike L. has been so amazing, from the time I began to even now, if I have any questions he gets back to me immediately! I cannot say enough great things about the insurance and Mike. Plus, their rates are the best! If you’re looking for insurance for anything, I highly recommend Texas Farm Bureau, and I hope you get Mike as your agent!
