- TBty batemanJun 2, 20261.0I do not recommend Shannon Johnson or her office for your insurance needs. Her staff is woefully unable to answer questions about my constant rate increases. I have a perfect driving record and never filed a claim yet my insurance goes up without explanation like clockwork. When asked about rate increases, her staff informed me I was paying more for parts and labor, which means it will; realistically, never stop increasing. I have every discount I can acquire and a tracker in my car. I have paid thousands and thousands in insurance over the ten years I’ve had State Farm for no return and steadily increasing rates with no explanations. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs.
