  Horrible experience with Jessica. They over charged me one month for a plan that had already been paid in full by my bank. I told them to apply that payment to my account. They said we cannot do that we will have to mail a check. The check never came. I called back and they “mailed the check” a second time. Never got the check. Called back again and told them to just send the check to their office and I’ll pick it up in person. They explained my bill was due for month and I said I’ll use that check since yall owe me money. I’m not paying when yall have still owed me for over a month. Finally got the check and as soon as I did I went to pay them and they said my policy had been canceled and it would go up over $100 a month to reinstate it. Insane. Why they can’t just apply what I overpaid to my own account is ludicrous. Why they took over a month for my refund is not reasonable. Then to cancel a policy when they owed me? Bad business and Jessica wasn’t the least bit helpful and very argumentative. Avoid at all costs.

  Went for a quote and left with a new auto policy that is the same coverage but without glass replacement that is $2000 less every 6 months. Mrs. Bennett is the best.
