  Overall, the coverage and pricing are great. However, the lack of urgency and communication from this particular office—including interactions with the agency manager—has been extremely disappointing. Additionally, the constant turnover of agents makes it difficult to build trust or receive consistent service. If I were rating based solely on service, I would give zero stars.

  They ONLY like to communicate with customers while trying to earn your business, but when you have a question, it's radio silence. I absolutely do not recommend the Burleson County office. I have been emailing my agent to discuss adding homeowners for months, and it's like he doesn't want any new business. Does not return calls or emails. I even tried another agent in this office via phone and email and have received ZERO response.
