  Terrible! I was with this insurance company for over twenty years. I got hit twice by another driver, once by a stolen truck and once by a lady on her phone. Both times Texas Farm Bureau refused to cover me or fight for me. They are a scam and will take your money. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else!

  Was only insured with TFBI for under a year, but Pete was fantastic to deal with. He helped me figure out what coverage I needed for my current age and new vehicle. Wish I could bring my policy with me to another state!

  Updated:01/14/2019 Pete is Amazing! After posting review many months ago, Pete contacted my husband directly to address concerns (review) and moving forward he has been more like a new friend than just an insurance agent. He have added a teen driver sold and purchased new vehical and was involved in a fender bender all the while dealing with pete directly, like calling a friend for help. He is literally a phone call or text away and super responsive! I am very pleased with the outcome of this relationship! Pete rocks 5-STARS! ------------ We have been with Texas Farm Bureau for many years now. We recently switched agents and thought having someone local would provide a better relationship. Since relocating to buda from another county. However, since we have switched it has been little to desire. Andrea is very rude, poor customer service, very little tact and a bad attitude - every time I call. Should have done some research on more established agents with staff who enjoy the relationships they build with their members.
