  I give it one star because the ladies valerie and Sarah are helpful however the Allstate its self just jipped me majorly because they mailed a pip coverage letter that I never recieved so I paid for a service I did not want to have and when I called to quote a car they then added it to my policy when all I wanted was a quote and tried to charge me for this car of which I never wanted added and when you cancel a policy with them they then break it down by day and so in the end I paid approximately $60 for 1 day of coverage when my monthly bill was $83 a month (before they added this other car that they weren't supposed to) all in all I'm highly unsatisfied and will never use allstate as my insurance again and I will discourage anyone who asks to not as well
