  Christy is a terrific agent! She is always willing to help and goes above and beyond. Anytime we call she is friendly and helpful, she returns calls or emails in a timely manner, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it!

  Was billed for 6 months of auto coverage yet only received 4 months of coverage. Originally quoted 400 but once the bills started coming in 560 they offered no solution to the issue. Extremely disappointed in this agency’s ability to provide adequate customer care and services. After being a member of 3 years I fully intend on canceling bc let’s face it the only real benefit is the insurance….. crummy benefits anyways

  What a joke of a insurance company. Completely rude adjusters, have to call the main line to talk to anyone assigned to my case. Closed my claim prematurely just because they wouldn't answer the phone over a month. Never calls back despite multiple voice mails. Took longer than needed to do anything. I'm absolutely disgusted with Lynn Daria from Waco, who after three months finally answered the phone and got rude instantly.
