I have found very few insurance companies I am impressed with, but I was well treated at this Farm Bureau agency.

They removed my last review so I will keep putting them up weekly. Stay away from this company. They never call back. Called several times and left messages only for them to question if I even called. Was told the adjusters phone wasn’t working (for like 3-5 days) which at best is laughable. The agent I first was dealing with, Zach, is kind of sarcastically rude. I asked to not deal with him anymore and was given his supervisors number. I called the supervisor (Russell) 3 times and left messages only to NEVER hear a response. My shop had tried several times to get a hold of him but only did once. Then some other guy named Randy, I don’t know his title, emails my wife basically saying they’re that fault for the lack of communication. This is going on 2 months that my vehicle had been in the shop and they only pay for 30 days of a rental. After 30 days, you have to pay out of pocket. All the shops in my town were 3 weeks out of getting a vehicle looked at. This was related to TFB. Here we are 2 months later, and were just about $2,000 out of pocket paying for a car that isn’t mine, or did I want. I had State Farm before, and when I got hit they went out of their way to help. This situation is a prime example of why they have terrible ratings (Reddit and other sites) and why they’ve been sued for improper claim handling and bad faith insurance practices. Most of they’re one star ratings say it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. As of this review 9/12/25, I STILL have not gotten a call back.

Penny Glase at this location made my experience absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond with her skills, and the ease of switching insurance companies. The perks and benefits are awesome and I had an over all awesome experience with the entire transaction. 10/10 would recommend!
