  If I could leave more than five stars, I would! Kelsie was absolutely fantastic. She answered all of my questions, eased all of my concerns, and made the process of switching insurance carriers so easy. When I first started the process, Kelsie reached out to me and helped me run all the numbers. At the time I wasn’t ready to switch, so she contacted me periodically just to check in, but never made me feel pressured to switch until I was ready. When I was ready, she had everything ready to go, compared all my numbers again, and made sure I had the best policy and price possible. If you have thought about switching to State Farm and you’re on the fence, call and talk to Kelsie. You won’t be disappointed.

  I had a great experience with State Farm thanks to Kelsie Paul. She helped my son get his car insurance a few months ago and when I bought my car last month, she made the process quick and stress-free. Kelsie was professional, responsive and always available to answer any questions. Her excellent customer service made everything easy and she even saved me some money.   Angela scheduled a review of my policies via phone call. She called right on time. We went over the Home Owners policy, the Auto policy and available options to consider as the policy renewed. She thoroughly answered any questions I had. I asked for a complete breakdown of all my policies with a side by side comparison of the existing policy cost and the new policy cost. With in minutes she had emailed my request for review. My wife and I are now able to make an informed decision on which path we opt for. Well done, Angela and thank you for your time!

  I filled out the online quote form and quickly got a call from Kelsie who assisted from beginning to end. On the first phone call, she was more than happy to run different numbers. I asked her to give me different rates on different deductibles and she took her time and did so. She ended up getting me such a great deal. I told her I would call her back to finalize everything after speaking with my husband. Unfortunately that same day, our new car had the check engine light turn on just less than 24 hours after getting it. Kelsie called me a few days after our initial call to ask if I was still interested in the quote and when I explained to her what happened she was understanding and told me to give her a call when I was ready. Thankfully the car was fixed and I called yesterday to officially switch over. I was having some technical difficulties on my end with the app but she was so patient and kind! Acknowledging my two kids in the background which I thought was so sweet. She kept apologizing but there was honestly no need for her to. Because of her kindness and patience I did not mind spending time on the phone with her while she helped me out. I’m so glad we switched back over to State Farm after having been with another insurer for the last 3 years. Customer service is unmatched!
