They will not renew my insurance because I speak to loudly and I questioned the receptionist on why my insurance was higher than she quoted even though id gave her the vin number, tried to tell me it takes up to 24 hours for a accurate quote even though you have given the vin which is bologna, the male agent which I dont know his name but I will find out wasnt just rude he got in a fighting stance and I actually thought I was gonna get whipped, because I speak loudly and questioned my insurance premium

As soon as I got my permit, Texas Farm Bureau cancelled my parents insurance. They had been customers for almost 6 years. I wasn't even in the same house, had no intention of driving their car, and I wasn't a teenager. TFB gave us no warning, no reason (though the timing made it obvious), and my parents weren't behind on their payments. Prior to this, they continually raised my parents rates every year with no accidents on their record. When questioned, they quoted credit history, truly a fantastic company. This company is full of blood sucking scam artists. Do not go with them.
