  I reached out to them for a quote because I heard the company as a whole is a great company that pays out claims so I figured they care about their policy holders. I got my quote and responded to them to further look into my quote and I didn’t hear back at all. Their agents Rick and Stacy apparently don’t want new clients.

  Horrible customer service. If they treat a potential new customer like this I can imagine how they are once they have your as a customer. It's been a week and I haven't received my quote or a response back. I keep getting told that the agent will send it over. Apparently the agent has enough business and doesn't care about obtaining new clients in a reasonable time manner.

  I can't brag enough about how professional Nick has been. He's easy to reach and when my family asked about life insurance he actually took the time to sit down and go through our options. I've heard good things about Texas Farm Bureau, and recommend giving Nick a call.
