- DPDaniel Purvis2 days ago5.0In the past (years ago), every time I had State Farm quote me for insurance (not this particular agency), the price was always higher than others. Over that time I avoided even getting quotes from State Farm, until now from recommendation from a friend, for this particular agency. I was put in touch with Kaitlyn and she really blew my expectations from customer service to the ultimate price she was able to offer on Auto and House Insurance. She spent a good amount of time going over various option plans and coverages, answering all my questions with good detailed explanations, was flexible with my work schedule in scheduling phone calls, was patient, and the list goes on. I was able to handle this whole transaction through emails and phone calls with Kaitlyn without having to go into the physical office. Once again, Kaitlyn was able to beat out the price from my previous insurance provider by quite a bit with better coverage. I wish I would have contacted Cecy's agency sooner! Thank you again Kaitlyn for making this whole process smooth!
