  An insurance agent, Brice, at this location charged customer twice and never refunded money. Questionable ethics.

  I don't have a issue w Texas Farm Bureau Ins, but this office is terrible now that Brac retired. Rarely do they return calls or emails or even have someone answer the phone. After 1 1/2 weeks looking for a answer I called the Conroe location and Maggie spoke with an agent and underwriting and had a answer next day.

  We love Brac! He has been so helpful with our insurance. He found us a much lower rate for our car insurance. Good hometown gentleman!
