  I came here to brag on Mr. Roger Gist for his outstanding customer service. Roger immediately dropped what he was doing to help me get coverage on my new vehicle. It was $36/mth cheaper than what my current insurance was quoting me for liability coverage. I made other calls for a quote and they called me hours later, which was too late. I got quotes on my home and two other vehicles. He responded timely with those quotes and explained the differences in the policies and coverage. All quotes were very reasonable. Nicely done!

  We carry home, auto, and life insurance through Texas Farm Bureau. Roger has been our insurance agent for the last year and a half, after we cut ties with a large, well-known agency. Farm Bureau’s rates were competitive while shopping our insurance, with similar coverages, though the quality of service we have received is top notch and unmatched. Roger let us know where to bulk-up our coverage and where we were unnecessarily in surplus of coverage. We appreciated his time, thoroughness, and transparency during our transition. Since the move, we have been impressed with his impeccable customer service. He gets back to us with accurate answers quickly whenever we contact him and always goes the extra mile in his work. I recommend Roger to anyone searching for a genuine, kind, hardworking, TRUSTING insurance agent. You won’t be disappointed.
