- TMTyrone MurphyJul 13, 20261.0My twin brother passed away back on Dec 15th 2025. I was informed that have a policy where they update the beneficiary every 30 days. In march I was contacted and informed that they have all the information and they will do there due diligence. The last update was April 27th. I was informed they.i need to get more information. Today its July 13. When I call I get a standard "its in a contestability period. I have not gotten an update since April 27. I have called spoke to reps, supervisors, and I emailed the complaint department. At this point im not sure what else I can do to move past this. I just know my brother and I dont matter to these people. Update 0814/26....I received a letter requesting documentation. I ALREADY sent them the paperwork/documents. Like who is driving the ship here?!?!??!?! Definitely wouldn't recommend them. Quick to take your payments. Blindly doing death certificate reviews
- NDNicholas DagostinoMay 10, 20261.0I opened a retirement account about 5 years ago. It is literally worth LESS than I contributed. How is that even possible when the S&P 500 increased by about 60% during the same timeframe? I certainly would not recommend using this company. Update: National Life Group responded to this post and admitted that they put me into a poorly performing plan and that my retirement plan performed so poorly that it decreased in value because the fees exceeded the poor investment choices made by the company (despite massive stock market growth during this period).
