  Customer service is everything! After using Allstate for 30 years, with 0 claims, my vehicle and renter’s insurance were cancelled with no notice. We’re happily customers of Progressive. And 50% less. If you use Allstate, check your account. Let Progressive give you a free quote.

  Haven't had opportunity to visit the agency and haven't talked to anyone from the agency as far as I recall, but hope to do so soon. Probably would have rated 5 stars otherwise.
