Nick walked me through possible options that I could take to help me through the incident. Recently, Ashley assisted me with a refund notice that initially could not be verified. After much digging into the situation, she was able to find the refund notice and offered to reissue a replacement check. This team of agents as well as the receptionist have been a joy to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Each time I’ve needed a copy of a document or clarity about an issue, she followed through, making life easier and the business taken care of. As far as my homeowners policy, I requested help to trim the coverage down to an affordable for my budget. As it continued, my deductibles were getting greater and coverage diminishing. I finally had to go with another company. I don’t feel like the sales people I worked with cared about my requests or business. For example, I had my roof replaced in 2022. This was not even noted on my policy until last year after I asked. It’s small, but made a slight difference in my cost. I’m a retired teacher. Need I say more! Thanks again to the great front desk people especially Morgan.
