  Melissa has been a very kind & wonderful person I have worked with for many years. She’s almost like family. When I call she’s always there for me & my family. I would not trade insurance companies if I was offered a better rate.

  Steve Womack and his team are professional, easy to work with, and great members of the community. They helped me process my claim quickly and efficiently, and were pleasant and efficient. It is a refreshing change from the faceless corporations that send you on endless phone chains. We use them for our homeowners and auto insurance. I recommend giving them a try and checking out their location during Cooper Young festival!

  My name is Betty, and I had a serious problem. Our ac unit at the house we are renting died and by the time I called Miss. Ashleigh at Mr. Womack’s insurance agency we were in day 15 of having no ac which Included 3 days of an extreme July heat wave. Heat index of 115*. We were on day 6 of running up a huge bill in the hotel. I also went to the emergency room for dehydration, anxiety and chest pain. We left a huge bill there. We haven’t got the bill for that yet. I’m scared. I finally thought about our renters insurance. Although Ms.Ashleigh explained the limitations of renters insurance, she explained to me what my rights are as a renter and when I followed her instructions the entire situation changed for us. On the 18th day of such a miserable experience a brand new unit was installed, we stayed one more night in the hotel and on Sunday 7/19/26 we entered our house with cool air blowing. Miss. Ashleigh helped me to connect with people that could help me. We didn’t have to eat the hotel bill either. Thank you Ashleigh
