- BFBrandon F.Mar 13, 20265.0Every single time I have called Realis for a policy he is going to answer the phone or give me an immediate call back. He will either handle it himself or hit team will be on it immediately. I called him today because I previously tried to get a quote from a different agency and I still haven’t heard anything back a week later. I sent Realis a text message and his office called me 5 minutes later and I got my quote the same day. I normally don’t even leave reviews but every time I have ever out of the blue (and because somebody else dropped the ball) called Realis for a quote it has gotten taken care of the same day. Highly recommend.
