I was born and raised in East Tennessee. My mother has worked for most of her career at State Farm. I learned early on how essential both work-ethic and the community are if you want to make a difference.

They are always polite, efficient, and caring! They call me regularly when there is an opportunity for savings and let me know of any changes that could give me better coverage! I have been experiencing a problem with the beacon transmitter in Joan's Ford Fusion. There has been no communication with sending and receiving the proper information between the two communicants. I expected little positive response from my questions. Pleasantly surprised, Ms. Jodi Stehr responded by viewing my policies on her computer and researching the contracts.
