My insurance jumped from up to $202.00 a month!! There's no paper trail so I didn't know what to do but pay. I'm elderly and only drive to the doctor and grocery store. After paying that for 3 years my monthly payment went down but because Direct failed to do their job they said I didn't show proof of insurance when I had been with the company for over 5 years!!! My premium jump back up from $186.00 to $202.00 . They didn't do their job and I paid for it!! How do you show that it's a no fault accident if there's no paper trail!?
