- KBKristi Rumsey (Princess B)Jan 10, 20171.0This agent is one of the most difficult people to deal with. I work a company that is a lien holder on a auto loan with a customer we have in common. Every time we call to get insurance verification, he complains and says that sending us insurance verification is a lot of extra work. All I ask for is for him to send a fax with that current information on it, that's a lot of work huh? For those who chose to use him, I would hate to see how he would handle your claim...just saying.
