After filing a claim for a chipped windshield I did not follow advice on how to get it replaced. I used an under the table type of business to do the job! Paying the guy with a credit card. The job turned out just fine but not the documentation to get reimbursed . Had it not been for Jill at the front office going above and beyond ,I would have never been approved for a reimbursement of the full cost of my windshield. For many years now this office and its employees have always been on my side . So thankful for all of them, especially Jill !
