  Thank you to for the very helpful staff at acceptance insurance. Very kind a curiosity. Everyone was as if I was calling a friend up for help. This also included their professionalism at the same time. Big THANK YOU TO CHELSIE RIDDLE. She answered all my questions in finalizing my new car insurance policy. You Rock Chelsie! She was able to get me a great deal with National General. I was paying 179.00 a month with current policy holder. Now I will pay 102.00 💗🙌 Best wishes!

  Went by the Johnson City office at approximately 10:20 this morning to pay my insurance payment only to find the office closed this not the first time they were closed when they were supposed to be open I do not recommend anyone to do business with them at all 😡😡😡😡

  I would recommend using Chelsie at Accepted to anyone. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get a reasonable price in just one phone call. It’s great and also rare these days dealing with a helpful human on the phone instead of AI or an automated system. Thanks Chelsie!
