  If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Acceptance Insurance. On July 27, I spoke with Insurance Agent/Manager Daphney J. Walker to purchase a new auto insurance policy. I clearly explained that I only wanted the Tennessee state minimum liability coverage. She asked if I wanted to add roadside assistance, and I specifically told her no. After comparing rates with several companies, she gave me the lowest quote she found. I commented that the price was much higher than I expected based on the policy I had just a few months ago. She mentioned that enrolling in autopay would lower the premium slightly, and I agreed. As she finalized the policy, she sent me a document to sign for roadside assistance. She told me that the roadside assistance was already included in my policy and that this was simply the signature page for it. Trusting what she told me, I signed the document and completed the rest of the paperwork. Immediately after the call, I reviewed the emailed documents and payment receipts. That's when I discovered I had actually been charged an additional $69 for the roadside assistance that I had already declined. The receipt even states that the products were reviewed with the customer and that they understood these products were not required as a condition of purchasing insurance. That is not what happened in my case. I called Daphney immediately and received no answer, so I contacted the office's main line and explained what had happened. I requested that the roadside assistance be canceled immediately, and thankfully it was. Then, on July 30, Daphney called me saying I needed to re-sign my policy because the policy numbers were incorrect. During that call, I confronted her about adding the roadside assistance after I had declined it. She claimed she "misunderstood" and thought I wanted the coverage. That explanation does not make sense because I clearly said no, questioned why the premium was so high, and was told the roadside assistance was already included. I dont even trust what she was sending when I clicked on the email after the call the document have been voided. She probably was trying to get my signature again for the roadside who knows. Based on my experience, I have completely lost trust in this Company. In my opinion, Acceptance Insurance should take this matter very seriously and terminate her employment and investigation it to confirm that she knowingly misrepresented optional coverage to make a sale. Customers should never be charged for products they explicitly decline. I hope Acceptance Insurance thoroughly investigates this matter so other customers do not have a similar experience.

  Armauni Morrow was very helpful and saved me over $1000 dollars between car and home insurance she was very professional and very patient and polite it was a great experience and I was happy with everything they were able to do for me!!!!
