  This is an awful office to deal with. I quit them. Recently got quoted way lower from another ins company for homeowners and car insurance and I have been waiting over a month for them to resend the refund to my escrow. Wrong addresses/lack of proper communication and 3 phone calls and even now corporate involved to get me refund. I am sorry terrible way to be. waiting over a month. wrong address , check lost in mail etc....frustration!

  Allstate is an insurance company I enjoy doing business with. Their prices are extremely reasonable and way more affordable than my previous insurance for auto and homeowner - I was paying a very high amount previously with State Farm, but Allstate has been an absolute God-send. Thank you!

The team is professional, proactive, communicative and work for what is best for your situation. Highly recommended from someone that has worked with insurance representatives my whole career as well.

  Great experience dealing with Melissa and her agent Joshua. By switching to Allstate, I was able to get better coverage, increased coverage amounts and additional umbrella coverage all for half the price that I was previously paying. They made it simple, easy and painless. I should have done this years ago. I had been paying too much, for a long time, for too little. Not anymore! I could not recommend them any more highly.
