- MFMarcia FeldmanAug 27, 20265.0Had to pay a differential payment between the insurance for our traded-in vehicle and our new replacement vehicle. Gavin Gillihan, one of the several extremely helpful Insurance Account Representatives in Andrew Felder's State Farm office, helped my husband on the phone today to take that payment over the phone, but not without its challenges. The office was using new phones today, and they weren't tying in well with its computer system, so Gavin promised he'd call him back as soon as he got them talking again. Sure enough, within a few minutes Gavin called back, and they were done with the transaction within a couple more minutes. Outstanding service, as always, in a timely manner from Mister Felder's team. Thank you!

- MMmelissaAug 5, 20265.0We had to switch insurance companies due to some unfortunate incident and were super nervous because we were actually really happy with our previous company and had been wirh them for over 10 years. Jess Herr got us a bundle deal for our home and auto and was so pleasant and easy to work with while addressing all of my concerns. Although our home owers was slightly higher than we were paying before Jess got us a great deal on our auto and in the end we actually saved more between the two. We did sign up for the drive safe and save program and saved even more as we watched our rate drop over the course of the last two years. I couldn't be happier we the service we have received, definitely recommend!
