- JJJenniferApr 17, 20261.0They're rude and speak to you condescending and less than human. Like other reviewers have stated they do not answer the phone and if you do get through to them they gaslight you saying that you're lying and they always answer the phones. They don't return calls either. They don't send out notifications for anything as well, so you can get your policy cancelled without knowing what's going on. They raise prices as well without any notification. I would avoid this specific Allstate as long as Sonya Campbell is there. If they cancel you and say you owe money just file a complaint to the TN commissioners office and they'll settle it and get your money back.
