  If you have an emergency just make sure you don't have it on a weekend because they're useless then they don't want to cover anything so be careful wasting your money paying them every month

  The number listed doesn't go to the Cookeville office like it used to. I'm tired of dealing with their CS that barely speaks English.

  Wow. I was just helped exponentially by a young lady named Andrea. She was fantastic!! I had no idea how to look for insurance or what to look for in a policy. She patiently explained to me all about what I need to know for my specific vehicle and my current financial limitations/capabilities. She was understanding, patient, very friendly and personable.   Love these people, Angela is an absolute sweetheart and helps,me with anything I have a question about, the explain thoroughly everything about my policy, and never had a complaint, been going there for several years and will continue:)
