We have to give great kudos to our Chattanooga office in handling a claim we had recently. With one phone call to Hannah the claims process began and in less than 5 days it was completed. We realize that not all claims could be handled as quickly, but the process is so smooth with so much pressure taken off the client it is the only way to go. We were so impressed how much of this claim we could do remotely making it stress free for us. We highly recommend Allstate insurance and if you are in our area Kristy Higgins office is #1.
