  I deal with this Insurance company on the regular. I've had them for several years and when policy time comes to update they always try to shop around and get me the best rate. This time, Stacy, at my local office put in some serious work from mistakes of others. She corrected those and went full seeker mode to find me a good quote. We settled on a policy that worked best for my needs. Stacy was kind and patient so my time with her was great and I valued her attention to details. Through this, i can say that I will never have a reason to change Insurance companies. Thank you for making this easy!

  Made me feel uncomfortable one representative put words in my mouth saying I requested something with my insurance quote and I didn’t and it seemed like he was trying to debate with me about it like I did tell her to do that and I don’t even know what whatever it was, they was offering to I don’t know. I just felt uncomfortable about the whole situation over the phone and deciding not to go with the insurance people unprofessional for customer service representative to say that I say something and requested something with my insurance that I did not.
