  Made me feel uncomfortable one representative put words in my mouth saying I requested something with my insurance quote and I didn’t and it seemed like he was trying to debate with me about it like I did tell her to do that and I don’t even know what whatever it was, they was offering to I don’t know. I just felt uncomfortable about the whole situation over the phone and deciding not to go with the insurance people unprofessional for customer service representative to say that I say something and requested something with my insurance that I did not.

  SHAME ON YOU BRANDI HAIL! Set me up with a 6 month policy after changing me to a different agency which charged me double then added Roadside Service after I said NO. Additional $70 claiming it was MANDATORY if I wanted ins with you. Didn't have it before didn't want it now. After I FINALLY got you on th fone, you talked to me like i was an idiot. Said to me, "just say th word and I'll cancel everything right now but don't look for any refund from me"... I trusted you! You asked me 3 times for a great review. Who does that? Well, people need to know, so here's your review that you deserve not th one you begged for. SHAME!
