  Yikes! I was working with Noah and was so happy to hear they could get me more coverage for less than what I currently payed and they even offered what he said was “car loan protection” that was only $15 extra and would “pay for itself and then some” but found it strange when he asked for my height, weight, and who my payoff should go to if something were to happen. I inquired more about the “car loan protection” and it’s actually life insurance. If you want to sell me life insurance fine, and I might have even gone for it if it wasn’t pitched to me so deceptively. Decided not to go with them due to the deceptive selling practice of an added benefit instead of them just being straight up about it. Update: wow, the response to my review is mind blowing. The selling practices were deceptive. It was being marketed as car loan protection and only told to me that it was life insurance once I asked further questions. That’s OK, though I’ve gone ahead and filed a claim with the state of Tennessee. They have all the documentation they should need. But here’s a little screenshot just to clear things up
