I cannot say enough good things about Joyce! She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to make sure I got a rate I could afford with all of the coverage I need. At one point I was wrangling my kids, and at another I had to call their dad and merge in the call! But through it all Joyce was patient, and above all, kind. In a world that is so deprived of kindness, it is a great surprise to find some when shopping for car insurance of all places. She made what is typically regarded as a difficult process both pleasant and easy. Thank you Joyce!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company; when you pay as much as I did, you should feel confident with the insurance company you’re with. They were very misleading when I originally purchased the policy. Once I needed to actually use the policy because I was hit while parked, they reported that I “didn’t have the coverage”they originally told me I had when creating the policy. This is not a direct issue with the agents at the office; the issue is with the company itself and their policies. I spoke to an adjuster for my claim and have a video recording of him stating, “in other words, you’re on your own”. They also do not offer grace period coverage, like every other insurance company does when purchasing a new vehicle. Therefore, I had to sit at the dealership and purchase a new policy from a different agency. They may be cheap, but there’s a reason for that!!!! This company does not “have your back”.

DO NOT GO WITH DIRECT
Called to cancel my insurance and the person i spoke on the phone with said everything was canceled and that actually I would be receiving a small refund, 1 week later there sending me a bill in the mail for an outstanding balance.
We first started our coverage because we needed sr22 which they had.
Many, many months later we call to take a look at our coverage and they say that we haven't needed sr22 for 4 months.
They did not reach out to inform us in any way, and did not try to give us a refund or any kind of resolution.
All they care about is money not the person.
Find a different insurance company that actually cares about there insured.
