  My only experience at this time is face to face time with Mr Beatson when purchasing the insurance. He is extremely personable and easy to work with. Also received a great price.

  This review is more about Allstate than Bobby Beatson. I was Jim Thorne’s client for just about 30 years and I adored Jim, Gale and Kitty. Needless to say I am sadden by his passing because I always knew he had me covered with my home, car and life insurance. I live in Columbia and it was comforting to know Jim was only a call away when I got into an accident or when the pipe burst in one my rooms causing the ceiling to cave in. This was the kind of service I thought AllState was about. I have struggled to find this relationship with Bobby Beatson. I am always routed to a call center when I call and when I ask why, I am told Mr. Beatson is busy. I did speak to Gretchen and Bobby Jr once but I found it unhelpful. Where is the personalized care AllState used to provide? Or was that just part of being a Jim’s client? I know I can’t compare Bobby Beatson to Jim Thorne. That would be totally wrong. To be fair my elderly parents who live outside Shaw AFB are happy with this agent and I see from the reviews he is highly liked in the community. I just wish I could have the chance to speak to him instead of being transferred to a call center.

  absolutely the best Insurance Agency I have ever worked with. They take the time to listen and their first efforts are always toward the customer.

  The employees are very respectful and plus the price of my insurance is pretty great. The app is great too. I would recommend Allstate Bobby Beatson.
