I would call and someone answered and I was able to speak with my agent or he would call back that day. About a year ago, there was a shift. I would send emails that would go unanswered. I would cc the Justin Farnsworth and that went unanswered. I left voice messages that took a week+ to return and not by my agent. The last straw was when I added a vehicle and they were charging me a 6 month premium in 2 months and they said they couldn't do anything. I switched and got the vehicle added and spent $200 less. I now call and someone answers the phone or calls back within an hour. THIS is how you keep people. Good rates and good customer service!
