- BHBrandi HumbleAug 29, 20261.0Do NOT consider this agent with State Farm. We were moved to his office following nearly 30 years with Denise Thomas. If you want or need customer service, this is NOT the office for you. Try almost anybody else. To date we have had conflict, lack of getting a message to the appropriate person, over two weeks to get a call back after being in an accident, and now a claim being filed on our account and still no communication. Try ANY other agent other than Gerrie Gresham. You will never interact with the man himself, deal with front desk individuals that are unprofessional, and it will take weeks with multiple phone calls for anybody to reach back out to simply tell you that all they do is sell the insurance, not provide any service other than helping you file a claim (bc then it gets handed off).
