- DBDee Dee BertschSep 3, 20265.0State Farm - Marla Rogers Employee: Amanda Farrell My State Farm accounts was moved to a different local State Farm agency when my longtime agent retired. It was an absolutely horrible experience in every way. I moved my own accounts to the Marla Rogers Agency, and the experience has been night and day. Amanda has provided EXCELLENT customer service which is refreshing since customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I have a 21-year-old vehicle that I wanted to move to a secondary vehicle after purchasing a new vehicle. The 21-year-old vehicle ended up being involved in a rear end collision, and the other driver was at fault. Amanda was patient, prompt, attentive, informative, knowledgeable and provided guidance during the process of dealing with the accident, looking for a new vehicle and trying to decide what to do with the 21-year-old vehicle. It would’ve been a stressful experience without Amanda. Thanks for all of your help, Amanda!
