- BPBrantley PaceMay 6, 20261.0Horrible Customer service I called in back on April 27th, to remove a vehicle that I had on my policy for about a year I'd. Since then I added a vehicle on my policy which was $225 a month. as my other vehicle was about the same. in the end I was charged $491.07 for at least one car in my possession the other car again was sold on the 27th of April. I was told over the phone by the sales rep from the 1-800 number corporate office whatever you want to call it that I would not be charged for my Mercedes-Benz for the month of May. here's me and I got charged for both vehicles. I will also know it's very typical to get in touch with their agency you have to jump through many hoops like they want 800 numbers just to even get to talk. If you do talk to somebody they're not going to speak English!! You guys need to clean your act up good luck
