  The Adjusters name.is Kevin Casey. When you call his number it never rings and I mean never. Also he never answers his voicemail. Once again never. I have reported them/him to the state insurance department once. They mailed a check for just over 600 for and door that was hit by their client on a 2022 Toyota Cross and will have to be replaced along with trim. Just got a preliminary estimate and it says 2200-3400. Not cashing that check that won't even cover the diminished value. Never heard of this company but wouldn't ever use the. Called the 800 number and they gave me the number to his boss. Guess what no answer straight to voicemail like his. The absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I will continue to update
