  Very disappointed with the person that answered the phone today. I had previously called this agency and the associate was willing to help me change the beneficiary on a life insurance policy so I would not make a mistake. The associate today was short tempered, did not listen or understand my request and told me no one in his office would either. I thanked him for his "Good Hands".

  I was not given the best response to my situation. I have been a customer for six years and I missed a day from making my payment due to being ill. They sent a cancellation letter and requested that I pay $1746. During this whole pandemic I didn’t miss one payment. Yes it was a struggle but it was important for me to maintain my payment. Due to the fact no one could help me, I had to pay it or I will be without coverage. Now I am in a struggle to make sure my family have a good holiday and even a descent dinner. I called for two weeks and my local agency couldn’t help me with this issue or after hours customer service. . I feel as if I can’t count on them what’s the purpose of being my agent.
