    My experience with Allstate rep Karen Singleton was the Very Best Ever. I called in advance and added my new car to my policy and when I arrived at the Car dealership, they had the insurance info that Karen forwarded to them. Karen saved me a total of $3011 today by reviewing and some changes to my bundle of premiums. I admire her professional manner and desire to assist with detail. Karen Singleton is an asset to the Espejo Agency LLC, Berkeley, NJ office.

    Had an exceptional customer service experience with Kathy. I called about two things and she addressed them both quickly. In addition, she gave a few tips on how to get a better response on certain items I had struggled to get response from Allstate Claims department on. Lastly, she called me back within an hour to provide an update on my second item after she spoke offline with someone internally. Kathy also has a great knowledge of how the software works and how to find the relevant information rather quickly. Overall, a very positive customer service experience. Thank you.

    I just had the most positive experience with an insurance agent who I didn’t know. I called the number from letter in the mail and was fortunate to talk with Maria. She listed to me carefully. She gave me a quick quote that matched my current coverage. She was thorough and emailed and texted the proposal for my review. I called back and asked her to include my two cars. She was very pleasant and I decided to switch all my policies to her. She kept me on the phone while I contacted my other insurance to cancel. Maria made my day
