- KSKelly ScottJun 11, 20261.0I’ve sent an email with a question and concern. I didn’t get a response. I sent another email. Still didn’t get a response. I sent a follow up request still didn’t get a response. It shows ignorance rudeness that you don’t care about your customer horrible service. How do you not respond not to one but several emails I am looking for another service
- BBBLSeyfertJun 2, 20261.0I received three phone calls, two text messages and two voicemails (and according to them an email) in less then an hour from this company trying to sell me house insurance (one call was right after I rejected the first). This was all while I was at work trying to finalize my work that had a deadline. When I put the first call to voicemail, that should have been a hint that I wasn't interested or too busy during the work day to speak with them. I replied to the text when my work was finalized and let them know that I didn't appreciate it and felt harassed, plus they would be receiving this Google review. They apologized and put me on their do not call list. I understand a business will do "cold calls" but they should respect it if someone doesn't answer and not continue to call them.
