The attached correspondence speaks volumes about the culture within the office, and about its customer service. Erie is a respected insurance company, but my experience with this agency was lacking. During our discussions, the agency owner expressed concern about existing staffing shortages, and I did not receive an apology regarding the issues I raised, despite being with them for several years and despite the fact that their mistakes cost me monetarily. The silver lining is that I found a great new agent, who is competent, professional, accountable, friendly and happy to have me.

Absolutely none of them compare to Erie and Day Agency Inc. Best prices and by far the best customer service I have ever experienced (I have never had to talk to a damn robot). No insurance was able to price match their offer. Emily is an absolute saint and has helped me numerous of times on claims that I needed to process. She makes it a very seamless and painless process each time. Keep up the awesome work!
