Ruth-Ann and Allan are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explain the title process clearly and make it stress-free on both buying/selling side . Most title companies I've worked with in the past has lack communication but Philadelphia Abstract always respond even after hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone need of real estate transaction .

From the moment I first reposted my earnest money to the moment I officially closed Philadelphia abstract communicative every step of the way. If I had questions they answered. I was unaware that property qualified for a homestead exemption and Philadelphia abstract were the ones who advised me of this. I overpaid on my closing costs and they issued a check for excess funds at the end of closing. I couldn't have been more satisfied. If you need a good closing company, then Allan and the team are the best option for you! 👍
